I am a knowledge broker, podcaster, mentor, and author, with my show Personal Development Mastery ranking in the global top 1.5%.

When I turned 40, I found myself having lost passion for my job as a dentist and feeling unfulfilled and directionless. This led me to a midlife awakening and a personal development journey to rediscover my purpose.

I transformed from someone shy & uncomfortable in social situations to a public speaker and podcaster (having done over 400 episodes now). Needless to say, there are some intriguing stories and valuable lessons from this journey - like, for example, how curiosity can lead you to your life's mission!

I am passionate about providing actionable insights and implementable wisdom. It’s not about knowledge - we are drowning in information. It's the transformation that I want to inspire!

I have just completed my first book, "88 Actionable Insights For Life". My intention for the book is that the reader finds the actionable insight that will take their personal development journey to the next level.
