Kristine is an experienced Holistic Health Educator skilled in Mindfulness, Wellness Coaching & Programing, Yoga, Energy Healing, Workplace Wellness, and Public Speaking. She founded Inspire Me Wellness (https://inspiremewellness.org/) in 2006.
She is also a Yoga Alliance Experience Registered Teacher (E-500 RYT), and she has been teaching all types of yoga for 16 years and have been practicing yoga since 2002. In addition, she is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) which is the only directory of qualified continuing education providers (https://www.yogaalliance.org/Directory?Type=YACEP) in the yoga community which recognizes her as an expert in one or more of Yoga Alliance's Educational Categories: Techniques, Training & Practice, Teaching Methodology, Anatomy & Physiology & Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle & Ethics. Kristine has completed her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and Mindfulness Coaching Certification.
