Cass is a seasoned Life Coach specializing in Trauma-Informed Therapy, Childhood Regression Therapy (Inner-Child Work), Generational Trauma, Somatic Therapy and now, Transcendence Therapy. Through these modalities, she guides deep healing and empowers individuals to break free from limiting patterns, explore their inner selves, and connect with higher consciousness.
